It truly is over. The whole shebang is done. The time after harvest is time for reflection about how everything went, talk about how the weather really worked in to the program. How fermentations were handled and if some of the new projects we tried worked out or how they are progressing. Over all, it is a time to let our interns slowly leave us, to pursue other areas of interest, such as school, travel or just go home to work for someone else.
